Background
Teras Vandre grew up on a small farm on Dantooine. He spent his childhood exploring the plains and caves, hunting, and driving his landspeeder around. He grew up with an older brother, Brennan. They grew up during the height of the Clone Wars, and fantasized about fighting for the Republic, with Brennan as an admiral commanding from space and Teras on the ground as a general. That dream was never properly realized though as the Republic morphed into the Empire. Brennan joined the Imperial Navy Academy to try and get as close to his dream as possible. Seeing how proud this made his parents, Teras joined the Empire when he came of age. He wasn’t qualified for naval officer service, but his outdoorsy background got him a recommendation for the Scout Trooper Program. He passed training and was assigned to a position on a backwater agriworld, just like home. One day, the small village they patrolled was protesting the Empire’s extreme taxing of their grain. Their commander ordered them to fire on the protestors. Teras and his partner were ordered to chase down a runaway protester, and Teras chased him, but saw he was just a young man, barely younger than him. He couldn’t bring himself to shoot him, but his partner could. Enraged, he shot his partner and ran off to join the Rebellion.

Duties
Support: Individually, the lone agents of the Alliance don't stand a chance against the combined might of the Galactic
Empire. Only by working together can they hope to achieve a victory in this civil war. This PC is devoted to helping fellow
Rebels fulfill their Duties by providing whatever assistance they need. Although he might not get the same amount of
reward or recognition as the people he is helping, the PC has many more opportunities than his fellows to fulfill his Duty
to the Rebellion.
