Background

Originally a low-ranking member of the Chiss Ascendancy, Jass made a few enemies of his colleagues. Those colleagues forced him from his position and from his home, banishing him to exile. After he had wandered the galaxy for a few years, those same colleagues decided they didn't want him coming back when his exile had ended, and so they placed a bounty on his head. This lead to a long string of close calls in which Jass learned how to fend off people who would have him dead. This high-stress life, however, caused him to search for some semblance of order. In his wanderings, he had heard stories of the great Jedi of old, and because fascinated by them. He learned all he could about them and took up their code. The rigidity of said code called him to become a smuggler that smuggled necessities to those in need, fighting the empire by helping those suffering by their hand.

Motivation

Religious Ambition - Ambitious to be like the Jedi, following in their footsteps and abiding by their codes.

Obligations

Bounty - 5 - After being ousted from his place in the Chiss Ascendancy, former friends put a bounty on him to finish him off once and for all.
Oath - 5 - After running from bounty hunters for months, he heard the stories of the Jedi. Their way of life, and their code of honor, intrigued and interested him. After hearing much from stories about it, he chose to live by it, giving him a much-needed sense of order in the chaos.

Description

Jass is relatively tall, standing about 6'4 with chiseled facial features and jet black hair.
