Background

Just a scruffy looking moof-herder. He keeps his past in the past. Who knows why he came to this Empire-forsaken planet? What was he escaping from? Where'd he get that highly-illegal pulse rifle? Why does he seem to get along better with his herd of floating milk-sacks than the townsfolk? Maybe with enough moof-swill in him, he'll tell ya.

Motivation

Cause - local politics: Bogrumbo wants to make sure the place that's getting his moof milk is worthy of receiving it.

Expertise: Ol' Rumbo has designs to be the best moof milker in the galaxy, and he'll be damned if anyone stops him.

Obligations

Responsibility - 20: Bogrumbo's got one job. He's gotta make sure the milk he gets from the moofs finds its way to the metropolis. That's it. Everything else is secondary. If metropolis loses its supply of moof milk, then everything will fall apart. And that's that.
