Description

Upgrade Effect
Control May use Move for fine motor control, allowing whatever could be done with hands at the powers range.
Control May use move to pull objects out of secure mountings, or out of an opponents grasp
Range Spend a Force Point to increase the maximum range of the power by a number of range bands equal to Range Upgrades purchased.

Description
