Background
My home village was built by refugees in an isolated planetary system far from standard shipping lanes, so I learned to fly as soon as I could in order to go around the high cost of legal freight shipping options for basic necessities (and sci fi weeed). I also regularly pick up odd jobs when I can, so I can bring home the occasional luxury and make life a little easier on the folk I grew up with.
Motivation
Extended Family/Clan: I know living on our planet is tough, so I'll do whatever I can to make it easier on them
