- other people will not be taken serious if they prove to be stupid or do really stupid, illogical actions
After working on Rakata and Gree technology in the past, Stubbins became obsessed with several research projects linked to these long extinct races. Fearing that he might not be able to conclude his work within a lifespan, he tries to transfer conciousness to different beings starting with Droids.
This led to him being kicked out of the university he was working. Although he was a referred scientist in the past, he now has the stigma of a mad scientist.
