Daughter of the infamous Lady Artizar Marid of House Cadriaan, ex-Rebel, now ruling her house and a member of the Tapani Council. Annazeña does her mother's work both in and out of the Sector, particularly when it comes to expanding business opportunities and useful connections. (In this regard, she is perhaps more like her grandmother than she will ever know).

She was off-world, negotiating some trade agreements, at the time of the destruction of Hosnian Prime. Before she could return home, the First Order blockaded the Sector, cutting the Shapani Bypass off from the greater Rimma Trade Route. Soon thereafter, Anna started to hear rumors that the FO was kidnapping known political agitants and dropping them in blacksites. This makes her very concerned for her mother, because if Lady Zara is anything, she is an agitant.

For the past few months, Anna has ricocheted around the galaxy, trying to find a way to slip the blockade and get home, while also keeping an ear out for any more news of those blacksites. She's having to live by her wits, without her usual safety nets -- since both Tapani and Republic resources are now unavailable to her. The money's starting to run out, and she'll do what's necessary to survive and claw her way back to where she belongs -- just as her mother did, 35 years ago. She's made the acquaintance of a few shady characters, smugglers, and scoundrels... but maybe the true path back can only be found through Resistance.
