Q-22 RETINAL TRACKER: A retinal tracker provides an automatic advantage result on a character's Gunnery and Ranged (Heavy) checks.

Vocal emulator implant: Changing or disguising the user's natural voice takes one round. To mimic the voice of a specific individual, a voxscrambler user must make a thorough study of the subject—listen to recordings, hear the individual deliver a long speech, etc.—and then make a Hard difficulty Deception check to nail down the individual's voice, speech patterns, and intonation.



Gank comm implant: Characters with Gank comm implants can communicate silently with each other at ranges of up to several kilometers. Since these implants do not use audible information exchange, they cannot be used to communicate with a normal comlink. Likewise, due to the unique nature of these devices, it is virtually impossible for anyone without the implant to listen in on others' comm implant communications, though comm jammers can disrupt their signals. The messages sent via Gank comm implants are not auditory, so effectively communicating requires the users to share a language.

Background

Buck Colt 45 became a mercenary after finding out he was really good at doing dirty work, being a good gunslinger and doing thievery

He can do loud jobs such as capturing and killing people and also stealth jobs such as stealing an object

He strongly believes he is a western cowboy in the late 1800's which makes him talk and act like one

The reason why he has "45" at the end of his name is because There’s a story — in some dive bar — that Buck once took out an entire rival crew in 45 seconds flat. No one knows if it’s true, but no one’s been brave enough to ask him twice.

Motivation

Despite being a mercenary, hired gun and thief, Colt does have a sense of justice and morals. although he may look over it if the pay for a job is good enough

He seeks to clean up the galaxy of criminals, make a name for himself and also sit on a fortune when it's all said and done
