Background
Rahul grew up in the industrial sprawl of Ferrix, the son of a freighter mechanic and a salvager. His early years were spent navigating the underbelly of galactic commerce, learning to fix ships and haggle with sellers at the market. Though he dreamed of piloting starships, his family’s modest means kept him grounded—until the Empire seized his father’s business under false charges of aiding the Rebels. The wrongful imprisonment of his father and the brutal suppression of a peaceful protest Rahul attended were the final sparks. Watching stormtroopers fire on unarmed civilians shattered any illusion of neutrality. He fled Ferrix, joined a cell of Force Adherents-Turned Rebels on Jedha, and trained as a ambush specialist, while learning about the force from his fellows. Rahul wears a worn flight glove that belonged to his father—a reminder of the life stolen by tyranny. He also keeps a holochip of his younger sister, who vanished during an Imperial raid. His loyalty to his squad runs deep, and he believes that every mission is a step toward justice for those who can’t fight back.
