Background
Was a padawan for a short time before the fall of the Republic. Otto and his master were able to escape the purge thanks to a Hutt's "kindness". His master didn't live for much past escaping the Jedi Purge. The Hutt sheltered Otto from the empire in return for his service as his servant.
Motivation
To learn what happened to his master Khan fallowing the Jedi Purge, and to continue fallowing the Jedi code as best as able to. And to pay his favor back to the Hutt sheltered him.
Obligations
