Down and out - Suvar grew up around the wrong people. He lived a life of crime for as long as he can remember, until it was decided that his crew would set him up as the fall guy. After getting the attention of the law, and being framed for a crime he didn't actually commit, he seeks to rid the Outer Rim of the corruption of private security firms and bent cops.

Injustice - Everywhere he looks, Suvar sees corruption. Those that claim to uphold the law use it as an excuse to abuse their power. Exploit people, imprison people. At least criminals have the decency to admit they aren't great people.
