Reason for Adventure: Challenging and Honing Security Skills
KRIOS was originally a security droid working to protect Imperial facilities. Now he can't resist the challenge of trying to break through the security measures of others.

KRIOS was originally a security droid working to protect Imperial facilities. Now he can't resist the challenge of trying to break through the security measures of others.
Motivation
Ambition - Expertise: KRIOS seeks to constantly hone his skills of breaking through the security of others, both physical and cyber safe guards.
Injustice - Oppression: From his days with the Droid Resistance, he still cares very deeply for the cause, and desires to help other droids. He does this when he can, and ultimately, honing his infiltration abilities aids in this considerably.
Relationship - Lost Counterpart: R3-Y9 helped liberate him, and became his counterpart during the resistance. He knows that the likelihood of Y9's survival are slim, but he retains a spark of hope that Y9 is still out there somewhere.

Description
KRIOS is a gunmetal black RA-7 protocol droid with light battle scaring. His physical platform is standard sized, and though modified, he endeavors to maintain the look of an unmodified base model.

Backstory Summary:
KRIOS starts life as an Imperial security analyst. While stationed at a supply depot, he meets an R unit, R3-Y9. Y9 helps him to see existence beyond the supply depot and together, the help the droid resistance rob the depot and liberate the droids there.
With the droid resistance, the two become like counterparts as they help the cause. KRIOS hones his skills analyzing security from the outside rather than from the inside. When the resistance falls, Y9 (seemingly) sacrifices himself to save KRIOS and others on a fleeing ship.
The remnants of the resistance who aren't forced into service become mercenaries, and often maintain a loose underground network. KRIOS finds a crew, and his place using his honed security skills as a smuggler and thief.
