Background
Tarkas is several hundred years old and has dedicated his life to returning his planet to some level of sanity since a Sith Lord drove most of his people mad when arriving on the planet. However, cursed to his nature, he now believes that the only way to free his people from madness is to become powerful in the dark magic and use the force. To achieve his goal, he lures Force users, or powerful in its abilities, to his planet by any means necessary to consume their Force.

Appears to be the bloodsucker species of the galaxy and is especially interested in those capable of using the force. Can be found on the planet of Anzat which seems to comprise foggy forests and swamps. Most individuals that travel to the planet do not leave the spaceport for their own safety. Not many go into the forests beyond civilization and return. P.S. Unfinished as of yet.
