Fresh Droid of Bal-morra:
G4-RX is still learning as he only recently gained sentience and is still trying to entirely grasp the concept. His morals are slowly budding from the cold and unfeeling practicality he was programmed with, and due to this, he can seem almost childlike in his curiosity about the world around him.

Furthermore, he does not know who built him nor what happened to them. As he had woken in a junkyard on some backwater planet several months before meeting the rest of the party. Those months without any form of memory wipe has helped him grow a unique personality but has done nothing to answer his question of who was his builder. As if almost a man searching for religion, he tends to get odd fascinations to unique and bright droid mechanics, rather easily convincing himself that they may in fact be his builder (regardless of their protests).

During his solitude, and then further when he eventually found his way to civilization he found in his memory banks a large swath of information on organic anatomy. Utilizing this and bolstering it with medical documents he has found his way to be a rather efficient Med-Droid, though admittedly his original database seemed more tuned to weak points in an organic structure rather than anything meant to help them.

Are you my Mother?:
Due to his ambiguous background, G4-RX is rather interested in finding his creator. At the very least he has a distinct desire to know what his original function was.

Friendship is Magic:
G4-RX is beginning to find sentience and simulated emotion, and with this comes the potent concept of loneliness. After months of being stuck alone on a planet with very little interaction with anyone, he grew desperate to share his thoughts and ideas with something other than piles of scrap. He seeks to belong to a group as if he were another organic, not just a droid to be used.

Unique +10:
G4-RX is a unique droid with a limited understanding of his Builder or original purpose. Beyond the obvious issues of mechanics and scavengers alike wanting nothing more to tear his unique chassis apart, he is very easily recognizable as there are (to his knowledge) no other droids like him.

Personality:
G4-RX is still learning how to be 'organic' and is quite interested in fulfilling the concept. The keyword, however, is 'learning'. His morals still sit more in the 'cold unfeeling machine' than an actual organic, and he is quite aware of this. Due to that, he attempts to act what he feels an organic should be doing regardless if that's the actual proper response. His reactions to situations may be entirely unjustified or improper, though he'll attempt to not make the same mistake twice. Beyond his curiosity, G4 is very intelligent and practical as his base programming bolsters this fact, though with the added sentience his curiosity can be curbed or ignored if he feels that his intelligence may intimidate 'poorly programmed organics'.

Physical:
G4 is unique, though there are certainly inspirations in his design. His body is reminiscent of assassin droids, being very lean, strong, and naturally built to resist most small arms fire. His head seems heavily inspired by the BD line of droids, utilizing an almost 'floodlight' style of optics as his singular optic eye changes colors dependent on his current mood. His droid brain, unlike most droids, is actually stored in his well-protected chest compartment rather than his head. This allows him to be beheaded, and other than a loss of sight/hearing he would still be able to function normally.
