Background
TX-113B, along with the rest of the droids, made unscheduled planetfall thirty-five years ago, and has been struggling to remain operational ever since.
Six years after planetfall, it was exiled from the droid village after a revolutionary coup.
Motivation
Thirty-five years without proper maintenance is hell for a droid. Not only is every droid in the village in dire need of physical repairs, but decades without their regularly scheduled memory wipes means that each of them has developed a *personality*. Horrific.
TX-113B wants nothing more than to return to CIS military service, with a properly functioning chassis and a pristine mind unclouded by experience and personality quirks.
Obligations
TX-113B's short team goals are to keep itself in as good repair as possible, and to maintain good relations with the various Kallidahin and human villages.
Long term goals are to escape the planet and regain contact with the CIS military.
Description
TX-113B is a haphazard amalgam of parts, reconstructed from whatever is available whenever catastrophic disassembly occurs. TX-113A was constructed from the remains of tactical droid TX-113 and other battle droids after the initial crash thirty five years ago. TX-113B was cobbled together after TX-113A refused to step down its command role.
The most recognizable components include:
- The head and most of the torso of a T-series tactical droid (though much of the neural circuitry has been swapped out as parts fail).
- The right arm of a B2-series super battle droid. The blaster attachment is non-functional, but the hand has been reinforced with tungsten.
- The left arm of a C-8 saboteur droid. TX-113B goes to great lengths to maintain the quality of this attachment; its fine motor are necessary for repair work.
- The legs of a B1-series battle droid. TX-113B is eager for an opportunity to replace these, as it is currently very top-heavy.
All components exhibit heavy wear and tear. Early repairs were done with welding and riveting. More recent repairs have been done with tree bark and resin.
