If the starship or vehicle was traveling its maximum speed, it has its current speed reduced to the new maximum.
True Aim 2 Gunner - SWA02 158 Once per round, before the character makes a ranged attack, he may perform a True Aim maneuver. By performing this maneuver, the character gains all the benefits for aiming and also upgrades his attack roll once per rank of True Aim.
Overwhelm Defenses 2 Gunner - SWA02 154 Upon making an unsuccessful attack with a starship or vehicle weapon, the character may spend 2 Advantage per rank of Overwhelm Defenses. Reduce the defense rating in the defense zone targeted by the attack for the remainder of the encounter by 1 for every 2 Advantage spent.
Exhaust Port 1 Gunner - SWA02 146 Before attacking a starship or vehicle, the character may spend 1 Destiny Point to ignore the effects of the Massive rule for the attack.

If the check succeeds, the character chooses a number of crew aboard their ship equal to their Presence. Those crew members downgrade the difficulty of their next Gunnery check once, plus one time for every additional 2 Success on the check.
Ordnance Saturation 1 RNO - RoTS 41 When the character or an ally who is currently benefiting from On My Order or Fire When Ready activates the Blast quality of a planetary-scale weapon, all ships or vehicles within close range of the target suffer damage equal to the weapon's Blast quality (plus 1 per additional Success, as usual).

Background

Honzin's family has a long history of service with the Duro Defense Force and had always intended to follow in their footsteps. Honzin attended the College of Planetary Security Forces where he received Junior Officer training and specialized as a Gunnery Officer. Honzin had been serving with the Duros Defence Forces for a couple of years when the Clone Wars broke out and the Republic made their request for any capable Naval Officers. Honzin had only had small encounters with pirates and smugglers, but he was eager to prove himself and do his family proud.

Motivation
The Republic - Honzin has always been a staunch defender of the Republic and fully believes that it is the only institution capable of preserving the peace and prosperity of the galaxy. He will give his all to defending the Republic.

Duties

CR0 - 91 Duty
Space Superiority - Wars are won and lost in the stars. Boots on the ground, no matter how well they perform, rely on supply lines and to varying extents orbital support. We will prove the superiority of the Republic Navy, and through doing so, win this war.
