WAC-33 is a junk droid, also sometimes referred to as a monster droid. This means that he is an assembly of parts not designed to work alongside each other.

In one life, WAC-33 was OOM-series specialist battle droid B1-0A3, assembled by the Baktoid Combat Automata for the Confederacy of Independent Systems. He was deployed on Bandomeer in 21 BBY alongside a small squadron of federation stealth droids. After the stealth droids were destroyed by the agricultural corps of Jedi, the battle droid specialists were quickly scrapped by clone soldiers.

In another life, WAC-33 was DUM-series pit droid WAC-03 assembled by
Serv-O-Droid, Inc. to act as a maintenance droid for the light freighter dubbed the Rubidium Blaze by it's spice runner crew. After the Rubidium was taken by a pirate crew of sleazy Meerians seeking to escape the Empire on Bandomeer, the droid was treated poorly until one day they broke him, completely frying his DUM-series processing unit.

Frustrated at the loss, the crew sold WAC-03 and an aging OOM-series processor they'd raided from a scrap yard on Bandomeer on their way out to Kem'Anon for only 20 credits.

Kem'Anon did the best they could with the parts, bringing the old DUM-series body back to life by re-purposing the OOM-series processor as a makeshift replacement. The resulting creation took the name WAC-33 as a result of it's conflicting memories and personalities, and has worked with Kem'Anon since.

Freedom: WAC-33 has spent all his lives in servitude. His greatest desire is to live in freedom, free from the compatibility issues of his design, the duties of his pre-programmed allegiances, and to be free among the stars in the ship he believes he is due.

Addiction 10 - WAC-33 requires regular maintenance, as his pit droid body is only semi-compatible with his battle-droid processing matrix.

Dutybound 10 - Though he is now a junk droid, WAC-33 is still programmed to by loyal to the CIS. If ordered by any ex-CIS officer or other command rank, WAC-33 is compelled to follow.
