Background

A young man from Corellia, Takeshi hails from a long line of pilots and galactic explorers.

His parents went on a run to explore the Deep Core when he was 15, but never returned. A few days later, Imperials came and searched their residence, seizing anything of value. Takeshi himself managed to get away and escape the Imperials, but his younger sister Sayane wasn’t so lucky, and was taken away.

Takeshi went to an old family friend to get help, and joined a local resistance cell that the friend ran. He swiftly developed his skills as a pilot, flying a Z-95 with incredible skill.

While the cell was unable to find what happened to Sayane, they did learn what happened to Takeshi’s parents - they stumbled their way into a secret Imperial installation, were captured, interrogated, and executed. However, during the interrogation, they had been discovered to have Force Sensitivity, hence the raid on their residence. It would soon be revealed that Takeshi was Force Sensitive, as well, and a rather powerful one at that. He would learn to harness his abilities on his own, becoming even stronger in the cockpit.

Eventually, when the Rebel Alliance was formed, Takeshi joined, becoming one of their best pilots.

Motivation

(Hybrid) Ambition/Revenge and Cause/Overthrow the Empire - Takeshi seeks vengeance on the Empire for the death of his parents and comrades. As an extension of his quest for vengeance, Takeshi seeks to see the Empire taken down.

Relationship/Siblings - When he was growing up, Takeshi cared deeply for his sister Sayane. Now, he searches for her, to determine what happened to her, and save her from the Empire...

Drive/The Mission - Takeshi knows that every single mission taken for the Alliance will advance the cause and lead towards the downfall of the Empire, even if it doesn't directly go up against the Empire. Whenever he goes on a mission, he does what he can from his cockpit to ensure the mission succeeds.

Duties

Space Superiority (10 Points) - Takeshi's primary duty in combat is the elimination of enemy starfighters.

Family Obligation (15 Points) - While Takeshi's parents are dead, his sister Sayane's fate is uncertain. He seeks to discover what has happened to her, praying she hasn't been turned to the Imperials... and if she has, he hopes that he will be able to turn her back to the Alliance - though he will do what must be done, if it is needed.

* * *

Emotional Strength: Bravery - Takeshi is always among the first to charge into a combat situation, especially with Imperials. If there is a battle, and especially if innocents are involved, he often has his weapon drawn before anyone else.

Emotional Weaknesses: Recklessness and Anger - Unfortunately, Takeshi often tends to act before he thinks, and his battle plans often boil down to "I have a plan: attack." He can be held back, but it's not easy for him to stand by and do nothing. He also has a bit of a short fuse, prone to getting angry at very slight provocations.

Description

Takeshi is a 24-year-old human male, with an athletic build, standing at a height of 5'9". He has short, chocolate brown hair, thick eyebrows, a bushy mustache, amethyst eyes, and fair skin. He also possesses a scar that goes across his face diagonally, starting from above his right eye, going across the bridge of his nose, and then going down across his left cheek. Off-duty, he tends to wear a dark blue short-sleeved polo, a black vest, black pants, and black shoes. His flight suit is primarily blue, with black and white trim.
