Takar Killmonger is a direct descendant of the famed legendary bounty hunter Tsin Killmonger, who was active during the days of the Old Republic/Sith Empire war (3642 BBY).

Takar was born on Nar Shaddaa to a poor family. As a young boy, his parents told him stories of his great ancestor, Tsin, who became champion of the Great Hunt, fought for noble causes in both the Old Republic and the Sith Empire, and how Tsin commanded the Alliance against the Eternal Empire and it's power hungry family. But those were just stories - stories that nobody ever believed when told to others. To everyone else, Takar was taken as a joke due to his ancestor's legendary status, while Takar came from the planet's lowest social class. Wanting more than a life of poverty, Takar ran away from home as a young, troubled teenager and found himself being adopted by a merry band of bounty hunters in Narr Shaddaa's seedy underworld. With each member of his adoptive family possessing a unique skill in the business, Takar eventually became a skilled bounty hunter, tracker, swordsman, and gunfighter.

Now in adulthood, Takar made his farewells to his mentors, wanting to carve his own destiny in the rough world of bounty hunting while living up to his ancestor's name. His allegiance belongs to neither rebellion nor Empire - it belongs to whoever is offering the biggest bounty, it belongs to the job that will elevate his status.

Status - Takar Killmonger is a direct descendant of the famed legendary bounty hunter Tsin Killmonger. Takar wants to live up to his ancestor's name, perhaps even surpassing the legacy left behind by Tsin. He wants to step out of his ancestor's great achievements and shadow, and forge a long-lasting legacy in the bounty hunting business of his own.

Upon his betrayal, Takar realizes that his legacy not only lies in the expensive contracts he can execute, but the good he can do for the galaxy by aligning against Palpatine's empire.

Betrayed (15 points) - Betrayed by the Empire during a bounty hunting contract. He was hired to eliminate a rogue Empire commander, who was obsessed with resurrecting the Eternal Empire that ruled thousands of years ago. On this job, he was given an elite squadron of Death Troopers to assist him on the contract, and was also accompanied by a student of the Sith named Vaylin Syko. However, obsessed with power herself, Vaylin turned on Takar during the job, seeing Takar as a potential threat to her own secret mission: finding a way to resurrect Vitiate, the legendary Sith entity who commanded the Eternal Empire, and is capable of psychic destruction. Understanding the evil this threat poses, Takar changes from a credit-loving bounty hunter, to a force for freedom and goodwill against the Empire.
