Background

Shatu, was exiled from his clan because he had no faith with any of its worlds religious beliefs systems, and knows whatever he believes in will not be found on Mirial. His family mark his face as a heretic, for not talking on the family's tradition by sending the last born to serve in the temple living a celibate life to honor their gods. He wanted to live a life of adventure, left the planet and join a paramilitary outfit, unknowing, with his lack of life experience they turned out a well organized space pirates--however, they thought him how to fight from hand to hand, light to heavy weapons, gunnery and some Space and Land piloting. Once he caught onto their scheme, he jump ship in a middle of a mission, and join the First Order hoping to find what he is looking for, something to believe in. Now with experience under his belt, he know sales his training as a mercenary, having moral conflicts on justice and cruelty--are they one of the same, maybe it's time to choose better missions, that don't keep me up all night, collecting children, stealing from the needy during the pirating days, leaving them stranded alone in space. There is little honor inked across my face and hands, perhaps it's time to change the story...

Motivation

Quest, Redemption: Shatu, seeks to town for past sins are mistakes by serving in the Alliance. He may have served in the Empire: he may have been a criminal, bounty Hunter, or follow some other pursue that cause him to take action he now regrets. Helping the Rebellion may be a way to regain his self-worth...

Obligations

Morality Strength, Justice: Shatu, strives for just in deliberate actions in his life, and in his interactions with others. Shatu, attempts to make the objectively right choice every time, knowing that justice is more likely to guarantee positive outcomes then sympathy or other emotional displays.

Morality Weakness, Cruelty: all too often, the cool use of justice to excuse their action. If one stops himself from tempering justice with empathy and understanding, he can inflict great harm on others and feel justified doing it. Eventually, he can grow to revel in the suffering of others, even as he deludes himself into thinking he makes the "just" choice.

Obligation Bounty: TRAITOR, during Shatus time as a reluctant pirate, he left the ship with some data plans that will help him to retire early. The outfit put out a hefty bounty for his head, preferably alive!
