Background
Once a well-regarded plastic surgeon in the galactic core, an accident involving a wealthy patient put Bis'fupu in hot water. While he escaped from major consequences into the outer rim, the crime syndicate that spirited him away is not so interested in releasing the paunchy Twi'lek from his debt.

A paunchy twi'lek with a slight "russian" accent, green skin tone, and a charm that feels entirely unearned, Doctor Bis has always been taken care of by his connections. He is sometimes oblivious to the dangers around him, but his chipper demeanor allows him to avoid processing the worst miseries of Outer Rim life. He misses his home in the core, but he doesn't miss the punishment waiting for him if he ever returns. It's not too bad though; there's plenty of work in the Outer Rim for a skilled doctor, both at the behest of his benefactors and from other less reputable sources.
