Background
A once hulking behemoth of a Besalisk, and with a mechanical aptitude to match, Hochtor was drawn to heavy equipment and machinery from a young age. Hochtor spent his professional life working in heavy industry, mostly manufacturing for starships, industrial loading equipment, etc. Hochtor even had a stint working in an Imperial munitions manufacturing facility.
When presented with an opportunity to make some easy extra credits using his newfound knowledge, Hochtor took the chance. Enjoying the newfound source of income, Hochtor and his accomplices continued making hits on ATMs and vulnerable shops. One night, a hit went wrong, and Hochtor was captured and arrested by the local authorities.
Recently released from prison, and now branded as an ex-con, Hochtor has found employment prospects sparse. With few other viable options, he took any job he could get, often resulting in less-than-legal dealings. Eventually realizing that odd jobs weren't going to cut it, Hochtor has turned back to a life of crime in order to afford necessities.
Without gainful employment, Hochtor has plenty of spare time to ruminate on the failings of his previous criminal career, and believes that this time he is more equipped to avoid such mistakes.
Motivation
Hochtor is motivated by a need to pay for food and shelter. Hochtor remembers the substantial supplemental income he earned in his previous criminal career. He believes, maybe naively, that he is now better equipped to avoid capture and grow his new employment into a full time, lucrative career simultaneously.

Description
Height: 6' 5"
Weight: 325
Age: 43
Skin-tone: Orange rust
Hochtor has numerous small scars on his hands and forearms from his time working in manufacturing and with explosives. Remarkably, Hochtor has not yet lost any of his appendages from the associated occupational hazards.
Due to a lack of consistent nutrition and habitation, Hochtor is on the lighter side for a Besalisk.
Despite this, Hochtor has a sturdy frame and is clearly still capable of putting up a serious opposition.
Smudges and oil stains seem to persistently cling to Hochtor's clothing, likely equal parts due to the odd jobs he works to stay afloat and a lack of access to sanitation facilities and consistent shelter.
