Background
Roan was born the only child of Loran and Mei Junn, on the rainy jungle moon of Tibrin V. A long time ago Loran and Mei had been entrusted by a Jedi master to guard a sacred cave on the moon. On top of the underground cave, they built a small chapel, devoted to the Living Force.
Shortly thereafter the Jedi Master stopped visiting the moon, and the couple continued to guard and keep the holy place as well as they could. They considered it their sacred duty. Their son Roan grew up with the stories of the Jedi, and their noble order. Perhaps it was the power of the sacred place where he grew up - or perhaps it was simply his destiny- but Roan grew up knowing, sensing and communing with the Force.
