Born on Mandalore in 30 BBY to parents who believed in the warrior ways of old, he was trained to use weapons and in hand to hand combat. His parents died when he was young during the Shadow Collective's invasion of Mandalore, leaving him an orphan. Shortly before the Siege of Mandalore he fled aboard a ship to Concordia, where he spent the rest of the war at a Mandalorian base. When he came of age he left Mandalore to pursue his own path in the galaxy
