Force Sight 1 Though blind, Miraluka use the Force to perceive the world. This allows them to perceive their surroundings without needing light, and they never suffer penalties on combat or perception checks due to darkness or other environmental factors that affect vision. If their connection to the Force is suppressed, they are effectively blind.
Nobody's Fool 1 FaD 70 May upgrade difficulty of incoming Charm, Coercion, or Deception checks once per rank.
Reflect 1 FaD 70 When hit by a Ranged Attack, may spend 3 Strain to reduce damage by 2 + Ranks in Reflect.
Niman Technique 1 FaD 70 May use Willpower for Lightsaber checks.

Description
Fen can sense the Force interacting with the world around them.
May spend one pip to:
- sense all living things within short range
- sense the current emotional state of one being with whom they are engaged
Upgrade Effect
Control Commit 1 Force Die. Once per round, when an attack targets Fen, they upgrade the difficulty of the pool once.
Duration Ongoing effects may be triggered one additional time per round.
Control Spend 1 pip. Fen senses the current thoughts of one living target with whom he is engaged.

Description
Fen can feel the Force flowing around everything, seeing what is and what will be.
Spend 1 pip to:
- gain vague hints of events to come, up to a day into Fen's personal future.
Upgrade Effect
Control When making a skill check to determine initiative, Fen may roll a Foresee power check as part of the pool. May spend Force pips to gain successes on the check.
Control Affected targets increase their ranged and melee defense by 2 for the first round of combat.
Magnitude x1 Spend 1 pip to increase targets affected equal to Magnitude upgrades purchased.

Background

Fen was found, neglected and with a future of enforced labor, in one of the lowest levels of Coruscant by Master Kyla Ajinn. They feel an immense respect for her, and a duty to repay her life-changing kindness.

Compassion: Help the Helpless
Fen can literally feel the experiences of the people around them, physically and emotionally. This natural understanding of others makes them inclined to ease the pain of those suffering however possible. Moreso, they have experienced true suffering themselves - it is not only a secondhand understanding.

Weakness
Hatred: Despise the Wicked
Feeling the suffering of the helpless also means feeling the cruelty of the wicked. If Fen is not careful, that feeling can overwhelm them, attaching itself to them and festering.

Description

Fen is a 17-year-old Padawan Learner. They stand at about 5'8 with a slight, though somewhat athletic, build. Their skin is a rich russet color, a stark contrast of the white hair that is pulled back into a short ponytail. They wear the flowing white-and-tan robes of their Order. A delicate golden visor covers their eyes, wrapping around the back of their head.
As for their presence, Fen is reserved and contemplative. Even when they smile, there often seems to be a pain lying just below the surface. Somber as they seem, they are kind and respectful above all else.
