Carzuek Noinun was a human male from the planet of Alderaan, and thus, was very sympathetic to the Rebellion's cause. Carzuek, in as early as 3BBY, was acting as a cargo hauler for the Rebellion, bringing things from point to A to point B for the Alliance.
During this time, one of the Rebel Alliance's 'contacts' had been bribed by the Empire, who placed a homing transponder on the cargo shipments.
Carzuek eventually figured out he was being tracked and decided to dupe the bribed contact by hauling the shipment to Hutt space.
He waited, watching the planet where he had dropped off the cargo until the Empire and the bribed contact appeared, inciting conflict between the Hutts and the Empire.
After this, he went back to the Rebellion and alerted them of the faulty contact.

Despite doing so many favors for the Alliance, Noinun never really joined them until his home planet of Alderaan was destroyed. After that, he joined them as a Rebel Intelligence agent.

Duty 0:
Noinun's job in the Alliance has so far been a minimal one; spying for Alliance Intelligence.

Obligation 10: Responsibility
Carzuek feels incredibly responsible for the loss of Alderaan, considering he delayed himself from joining the Rebellion for such a long time. Due to this, Noinun feels that he must stay with the Rebel Alliance until the Empire is defeated--no matter what.

Carzuek is a normal-sized man, wearing a Rebel Intelligence jacket.
