Born into a house of high standing on Mandalore, Cassus was a devout follower of the Resol'nare. He didn't learn to fight, or compete, he learned that the armor was the Mandalorians soul. The very essence of their being. When the Empire began their occupation of mandalore it was more than he could handle. Some brethren chose subjugation. Some perished in glorious combat. Cassus fled, in a moment he now views as a betrayal. Leaving not only his people but his identity.

For years following Cassus would drift through the outer rim, He found work as a bounty hunter, specializing with gagdets to make up for his lack of armor.

His armor, he leaves locked in a weather-worn chest. Every night he can, found in a cheap hab, or in the hold of a freighter, performing maintenance on his armor.

Now here we are rumors begin to swirl "The fall of the empire is near". "They're cracking under the rebel forces" "The emperor has fallen". This sparked a new hope for Cassus. A new hope for Mandalor. Even a chance to redeem himself and his identity.

Connection (Family/Clan): Cassus does not hunt for glory, he his hunting to restore the honor of himself and his clan. He has lost his right to wear his tradition armor and will work diligently towards regaining that privilege. He is slow to trust but loyal to his aliit.

Oath (The Resol'nare): Cassus has sworn to uphold the tenets of his people, but his betrayal is it's own breach of the oath. Cassus feels he his unworthy of the armor he painstakingly maintains and holds on to.
