I was born on planet Endor, me and my parents lived in seclusion. My father was a trained assassin and when I was young he taught me a trick or two as well. He always told me so many stories of his time as an assassin he used a katana made of beskar metal, a dl-44 blaster and a scout trooper rifle for far range and I was always so excited to hear them, but he also told me of the many enemies he made, he wasn't a famous assassin by any means but he still had people who wanted him dead, and one day are little secluded home was attacked. A man known as cad bane, a famous assassin paid are peaceful little house a visit but it was peaceful no more, he was here for my father. It went from a normal peaceful day as always to a war zone in minutes, my father told me and my mother to run and we did. We ran and ran for what felt like hours, as we ran the fighting got silent little by little. Would my father win, would he die,so many thoughts raced through my head as I ran after a while my mother was tired so we hid in some thick bushes. Well we rested it seemed peaceful until I heard something from the distance then a thud, as i looked in the direction of the thud i saw my mother on the ground. My head was flooded with a rush of thoughts and emotions, what happened, how'd it happen, I felt sick, sad, angry all at once my mother was dead and that meant my father must have died as well. Well me and my mother ran i had grabbed one of my fathers guns. He was a clean freak so he definitely would have notest, no i can't think like that he's gone. I jumped out of the bushes and pointed the blaster in the direction of the shot but there was nothing no matter how hard I looked there was no one there. Did he leave? did he think it was just my mom, i didn't know what to think but suddenly everything went black i couldn't see. I don't know why, I could see one second and not the next, a warm liquid dripped down my face. What was it? I could smell blood, was it mine i couldn't tell, when i touched my face i had a long slash across my face, when it finally hit me i screamed out in pain and fell to my knees, idk if i was crying or not i couldn't tell because of the blood, but then i heard a voice it was cad bane in my anger i stood up and swung in the direction of the voice but to no avail and then he spoke and all he said was “ i've completed my mission and killed the witnesses but i don't like killing kids so i'll take your sight instead” then he left i didn't say anything i was just silent as i stood there and thought about everything, on that day i vowed i wouldnt rest till i destroyed him. I carried my mothers body back to our house. It was hard because I couldn't see but I managed when I got close I could smell the death, I could tell my father fought his hardest to save us. I laid my mom down and I looked for my father. It took me a while but I found him and then I buried them together so they would be together and I said my goodbyes. I took my fathers equipment and I vowed I would kill cad bane, i was only 14 and that's when i vowed to begin training to be an assassin.
