Background
1) How did you discover your force sensitivity?
1A: Tovv discovered his Force Sensitivity in a moment of meditation with his mentor and authority figure Boyag. Boyag sat with Tovv and educated him on the Essential Doctrine and on Temperance, and Tovv eventually felt the Unity - or the Living Force - surrounding him while the sun fell from the sky.
2) Describe a moment where you fell prey to your moral weakness or experienced a tragedy/horror that still haunts you.
2A: Tovv very avidly sabotaged Imperial efforts on his home planet of Mirial, but when one of those sabotage missions went bad, he was pressed for time and stressed, and so his dogmatism caused him to fall back on his rigid edicts. Rather than standing down and falling back, he pushed his luck, and innocent Mirialans were executed by Imperial forces as a result. Those innocents' lives haunt Tovv to this day.
3) How did you come to join the NJO?
3A: Tovv heard of the NJO from travelers arriving to Mirial after Moff Bliss Shargael and his imperial forces vanished from the Outer Rim planet. When he heard of the NJO, he spent a long time thinking on whether or not he should aspire to join their ranks, and eventually spoke with his guiding mentor figure Boyang. They both agreed that Tovv should, to reinforce the legacy of the Mirialan Jedi, though Tovv does seek out the power to protect the innocent and the helpless by whatever means necessary.
4) Name one NPC your character has a strong connection with. This could be a family member, a friend, a work contact, or a bitter rival.
4A: Boyang is a tribal elder among one of the nomadic Mirialan tribes. Boyang acted as Tovv's mentor and guiding light, educating him on right and wrong, and was the one who eventually helped him to realize he was Force Sensitive.
5) Describe a moment in your life where you demonstrated your moral strength despite adversity.
5A: Tovv spent many of his teenaged formative years providing for his nomadic tribe and sabotaging imperial efforts. This sort of practice could be morally condemned by some, but Tovv's malleability allowed him to think of the best ways to protect the city-dwelling Mirialans while also fighting against the oppressive Imperial forces.
Motivation
Tovv believes in his religion following the Essential Doctrine and the Unity, and is driven to strive for Justice for himself and for the helpless.
Fervor 10: The character is possessed of a powerful drive to act based on religious or spiritual beliefs. As an Obligation, Fervor means that he cannot resist acting in accordance with his beliefs and teachings. He may even have those who support him in some way (thus explaining the resources he potentially attains due to the Obligation), further exhorting him to follow "the Way" they all revere. Consider the Archaeologist who seeks temples dedicated to a lost god or the Big-Game Hunter who truly believes that it his divine destiny to eradicate "monsters" throughout the galaxy.
Morality
This character is morally and ethically flexible and judges situations and others based on relative circumstance for the good of the community rather than on a strict legal code. When pressed or emotionally burned out, this character falls back on rigid edicts instead of context. It takes emotional energy to grasp all points of view, and sometimes there isn't time.

Description
A 27 year old male, Tovv Isene is 5'8", with a lean build, black hair and yellow-golden eyes.
Moff Bliss Shargael ruled the Illisurevimurasi sector during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Tovv was born under the yoke of the Empire, and his family was forced to transition from their normal life in the city to one of traveling with the nomads of Mirial. The backwater planet of Mirial has few cities, but the ones that were able to be detected by the Empire were surely occupied; Mirial had strong ties with the Jedi Order and the Republic, and so Mirial was viewed as prime recruitment ground for dissidents looking to get back at the Empire. The heavy hand of the Empire made Tovv grow up in both fear and in frustrated silence; he wanted to rebel, to fight back against their oppressors, but his family always forbade it, instead teaching him of the sacred Unity that kept them all bound. He was introduced to a mystic of the tribe that took them in, an older man named Boyag. Boyag was the elder of the tribe, and the wisest of them all in the ways of the Essential Doctrine that bound them to the Unity. Tovv was a troubled youth, and so Boyag took him under his wing, training him to quell his rage, to keep a level head. Anger was not *bad*, but to act in anger was, for anger was motivation without purpose. Idle hands and a lack of purpose would cause JTovv to muddy the Unity that they all felt, and Tovv ingrained this very deeply within himself. Boyag felt within him a true connection to Unity, one that even Tovv himself was not aware of. However, Tovv felt the call to action. He and other youths uptook the purpose of protecting and defending their home, very actively taking part in anti-Imperial activities, in addition to providing for the tribe in a far more active sense. They went hunting for food in the tundra, gathering the frozen but edible root vegetables and searching for meat to provide for their families while very actively sabotaging Imperial infrastructure on Mirial. Eventually, the New Republic absorbed the I-Sector, and the Moff was no more. Tovv felt purposeless, finally free from the yoke that absorbed his teenaged life. After a couple of years of listless and aimless nomadic wandering, Tovv heard of the New Jedi Order. The idea of a new purpose spurned Tovv, but the obstinant Mirialan took time to truly consider the option. Eventually, he agreed with his mentor Boyag, that he must uphold the legacy of Mirial, to reinforce the Unity - or, as these new allies call it, defend the Balance of the Force - and so he left home to seek training and justice for those who cannot seek justice themselves.
