Prime Positions 1 Warleader When the character or an ally within short range takes cover, the character taking cover increases their soak by one per rank of Prime Positions against ranged attacks until they leave that cover.
Suppressing Fire 1 Warleader The character and each ally within short range may spend an advantage result on their failed combat checks to inflict 1 strain on their respective targets per rank of Suppressing Fire. Each character can only activate this effect once per round.

Sense
Description
Sense's basic power allows the Force user to sense the living Force interacting with the world around them. This allows them to perceive life and read emotions.
Upgrade Effect
Control Commit a Force die. Once per round, when an attack targets the Force user, they upgrade the difficulty of the pool once. The user may not activate this multiple times.
Duration Sense's ongoing effects may be triggered one additional time per round.
Strength When using Sense's ongoing effects, the user may upgrade one additional die.
The user may spend a Force point (◑) to sense all living things within short range of themselves (including animals and sentient beings). The user may not activate this multiple times.
The user may spend a Force point (◑) to sense the current emotional state of one living target with whom they are engaged. The user may not activate this multiple times.

Background

Fozer Kesh grew up on Serenno during the clone wars. He was recognized as a force sensitive from a young age, but was prevented from going to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant by the civil war. After the war ended, Fozer made his way to the Galactic Core to join the Jedi, but learned of their treachery and betrayal of the Republic only AFTER landing on Coruscant. Left without enough money to return home, Fozer Kesh found a niche in micro-trading between the thousands of levels of Coruscant. Now, he journeys up and down the turbo-lifts looking for deals so he can make a few credits. If he finds enough, maybe he'll make rent this month.

Motivation

To get home to Serenno and maybe make enough money to retire peacefully before he does.

Fozer still views the CIS with idealism, though was never personally involved with the war effort.
