Background
Nerrad grew up in a wealthy family whose livelihood was Slavery. Growing up and working alongside his father and older brothers he grew strong and very well connected and with mercenaries and the black market.
Nerrad's father was well respected in his craft of collecting, breaking and selling slaves. He was known for his particularly brutal and extreme practices. He would break any slave, no matter what. His reputation of separating, torturing, and even killing the family members of the strongest willed slaves allowed him to grow an empire of underworld slave trade that would pass down to Nerrad and his brothers.
Growing up Nerrad wanted to rule over all the empire he aspired to be just like his father and mimicked a lot of the things his father did including his demeanor and candor. He knew that the stronger and more fearsome he became the more he would become the greatest zygerrian ever. As he grew up he became close with his older brother Nehpets who was wise and more involved with negotiations than strength. Nerrad wished to learn to be as cunning and coercive as his brother was and took every word he said as gold.
Nerrad's older brother, who was more diplomatic than a warrior, had become very wary of the life and how much death and despair his father had spread. He started to question and defy his father especially as his father became more brash in his old age. Nehpets had began to tell Nerrad that slaving was a archaic and outdated for of living and that everything they were doing was wrong and they should leave the business and their fortunes and explore the galaxy instead.
On a job in Endor Nerrad's father grew angry and deemed none of the ewoks they had collected were worth the time to break and train for slaving so he ordered Nerrad and Nehpets to burn all of them alive and cut the throats to all of the young. Nehpets refused and began to set their captives free. Nerrad's father became enraged and began to kill the ewoks himself. Nerrad watched in horror as his brother and father began to battle each other. His father overpowered Nehpets and killed him. This enraged Nerrad and he jumped on his father and he beat him within an inch of his life. His father laughing and choking on blood managed to say, "I would kill you both to keep this empire. You mean nothing to me." Nerrad stopped got up spit on his father and walked off.
Five years later Nerrad had disowned his family name and became a gun for hire. He works to fill his pockets and satiate his need for conflict and fighting. his contacts in the black market keep him abreast of his father's health and how he continues his business with the help of mercenaries now.
