Background
Vyst Yharnam is the eldest son of the Mandalorian clan Yharnam. When he was but sixteen years old, his family allied themselves with the Deathwatch. Under Pre Vizla, he felt empowered. They would bring strength back to the Mandalorian people, or so he thought.
When the betrayer Maul killed Pre Vizla in single combat, Yharnam's clan followed him as well. Mandalore was led to ruin when Maul lured Republic forces to attack Mandalore, and after the ensuing battle the clones never left.
In the short time after, many Mandalorian clans allied themselves with the Empire, and Yharnam's was no different: Bowing to the dogs when they could have held their heads high.
He left his armor and family the day they bent the knee, cursing them for their weakness in the face of Imperial injustice towards their people. What had they been fighting for, if not to be free?
Ever since, he's been finding his own way. He might not be so honorable anymore, but he's strong. Besides, at least he's not an Imperial.
Motivation
Status: Vyst wants to elevate his social standing. Once the heir to a strong Mandalorian clan, he now sees himself as a disgrace and seeks to compensate for the loss. Perhaps one day he would return, force the Imperial boot off of the neck of his clan that they might follow him; But for now, he seeks other methods of gaining status and power.
