The high and mighty. The Deechi family rose to prominence within Umbaran culture when Mee Deechi was elected to represent their planet in the galactic senate. After his assassination the family was desperate to regain their standing and when Umbara joined the CIS and the Republic attacked their home they saw the chance. The family had a long history of military and civil service and Mosh was no different. He was an officer in the Umbaran forces before his family offered him as a tribute to the mighty Separatist army. With the war not going well for the Confederacy, Mosh's family disowned him to avoid any more loss of reputation after the war.

Cousin-Mosh's cousin Drays Deechi, is the only member of the family that still maintains contact. He holds a minor position in the Umbaran government and has occasionally helped a report or two of Mosh's recent "misconduct" (a necessity of his disavowment) quietly disappear. Drays hopes he can one day see Mosh welcomed back into the family.

(9-16) Betrayal. When Mosh's family abandoned him, he was left with nothing. He did everything they ever asked of him and he now bears the weight of their lost gamble.
