Background
Once a powerful voice for labor in the shipyards of Corellia, Kaam Bova was an easy target for the newly formed Empire during their sweeping security crackdowns. Imprisoned on charges of public agitation and treason, he was sentenced to hard labor in a heavy metals mine. Networking with other dissenters inside, he eventually helped them to organize a revolt amongst the convicts, and escaped in the chaos alongside many of his comrades. Linking up on the outside, one of his contacts gave him an in-road and an invitation to the burgeoning Rebel Alliance where he was a natural fit and a potent asset.
Motivation
Just as he had overseeing labor organizations on Corellia during the age of the Republic, Kaam seeks to use his life to stand up for the downtrodden and oppressed. He's an altruist and an idealist, sometimes to the point of his own detriment. Especially motivated by his own treatment by the Empire as a non-human, he is driven to rid the galaxy of all tyranny, whatever the form.
Duties
As a Fulcrum agent, Kaam's responsibilities fall ambiguously in the realms of political support, recruiting, supply, and intelligence. Overlapping resistance efforts in remote Outer Rim regions, Kaam has focused primarily on operations in and around Hutt Space, directing many knowing and unknowing smugglers to provide additional revenue for Rebel activity as well as stoking the flames of resistance and attempting to bring potential cells into the fold.
Description
Average build Quarren, scarring in and around his left cheek/facial tentacle where he took blaster fire during the prison revolt. He refuses to wear the dressy, extravagant garb of his diplomat contemporaries in the Rebel Alliance, instead donning the well-worn jumpsuits and coveralls that he had known as a labor leader.
