Target must make an Easy (◆) Coordination check to keep the foam from filling breathing passages. Failure means target suffers from suffocation.

A glop grenade's Ensnare quality triggers automatically on any targets the weapon hits, with no need to spend ω.

While glop grenades are ostensibly rated as nonlethal, accidents do happen, and they have been known to cause death due to suffocation or, in extremely rare cases, allergic reactions to the foam. Whenever a target is hit with a glop grenade, he must make an Easy (◆) Coordination check to keep the foam from filling his breathing passages. Failure on the skill check indicates that the foam has cut off the target's air, and he immediately suffers the effects of suffocation as detailed on page 214 of the Edge of the Empire Core Rulebook.

Glop grenades that are recovered after use can be refilled with special pressurized hypoinjectors that transfer the foam from a sealed container into the grenade's reservoir without exposing it to the atmosphere. This requires an Easy (◆) Ranged (Light) check to complete. Failure on the check indicates that the foam has been ruined, and any net ♼ gained on a failed skill check means that some mishap with the filling system occurs and the user is engulfed in quickly hardening goo. This doesn't require an attack roll, but it does require the user to make an Easy (◆) Coordination check to avoid getting the goo in his nose or mouth per the rules above. Purchase of a Glop Grenade includes the hypoinjector and five refill canisters. Additional refill canisters can be purchased for 100 credits apiece and have a rarity of 6.

A combat scanner is a sophisticated optics and sensor array designed for military applications. A combat scanner provides all of the functions of a general-purpose scanner, along with robust mapping and navigation capability, mission data storage and display, and hardened and secure communications with a one-hundred-kilometer line-of-sight range. External optics provide a 360-degree view around the bearer, and this imagery can be beamed to any communications device within range, or shared with the combat scanners worn by other members of the unit. The Chedak Mark 6 is integrated into a combat helmet with visor.

-REMOTE DVI ACTIVATOR (LONG RANGE)
Useful for those needing to make a speedy getaway, a remote activation controller (also known as a beckon call) is a small, handheld device that can be worn on the wrist or stowed in a pocket. Linked to a slave circuit, a beckon call allows the user to remotely activate the coupled vehicle or starship. Inexpensive, low-end models, such as the Bespin Motors Remote DVI Activator, have relatively short ranges of no more than two to five kilometers, while exceptionally sophisticated beckon calls can transmit through hyper-space up to a parsec and instruct the ship's autopilot to fly to the user's location.

Inexpensive models simply activate the vehicle or ship's engines from no more than 5 kilometers away and run simple pre-flight checks, allowing the pilot to take off right away. More advanced beckon calls can summon a vehicle or starship, though the autopilot is only capable of performing simple maneuvers, which can be complicated by weather conditions and other obstacles. Some models can be used to remotely pilot a vehicle or starship via slave circuit, though this requires a Daunting (◆◆◆◆) Piloting check.

Background

BU was a trader on a jawa spacecrawler. BU always loved seeing the tech of what bounty hunters would have. Fed up of barely scrapping by and wanted to learn how to make his own living and get cool gear like bounty hunters, BU bid his kin farewell and learned the way of the Bounty Hunters by watching. Eventually he learned he had to pay for his licence to do the job and after getting at least five bounties totaling 20,000 credits and past the initiation test. This is another story but eventually he did this with some help and finally got his IPKC (Imperial Peacekeeping Certificate)! BU tries to be by the books as much as possible since he knows he has to represent his entire kin.

BU had to once capture a Kyuzo and with four other bounty hunters they finally got the acquisition. Under the "Rights to Salvage", he picked the hat and split the bounty as the others took as they wished. He got this armor after taking down a small arms dealer and took the N-57 armor they were going to give to an opposing faction.

BU's Clan is the Kryate Drekken Clan and is spread out, all never in exactly one location.

There is an old saying in the bounty hunting trade that good work makes little noise, and the character is the embodiment of that. Like a master artisan, the character pursues bounties with far greater care about attention to detail than most. The PC sees little need for flashy accouterments or ostentatious shows of prowess.

NOTES:
BU Tries to be as by the books and professional as possible and efficiently. He gets really down when nothing goes according to plan and is always striving to do things subtly.
