Shall Ti was born on Cerean and was moved to Coruscant at a young age as his father Jeshi Ti worked for Republic Intelligence in the waning years of the Clone wars. Watching his father work Shall wanted to follow in his footsteps and took an early liking to computers and technology. When order 66 was initiated, Shall was took little notice having never met a Jedi in his life, Jeshi in contrast was rattled due to his job having put him into contact with several Jedi over the course of his career. While initially silent about his objections to order 66, Jeshi grew slowly more vocal towards his disagreement with the order as well as his mistrust of the Empire. He began to teach Shall more of what he knew about slicing and hacking, showing him how to hack rudimentary computers.

Then the day came when Jeshi's words had spread to far and Imperial Intelligence acted, removing Jeshi from his son and wife and was imprisoned and Supposedly executed at a undisclosed location as a traitor. Shall and his mother returned to Cerea where Shall continued to grow his fascination with computers until he was approached by a member of Imperial Intelligence and asked to join the Imperial Academy located on Cadia. Initially skeptical Shall took the offering believing the empire to be evil but went to continue in his fathers footsteps as a Intelligence officer.

Upon graduation he inducted into the Imperial Intelligence counter espionage unit, working to root out Rebel hackers and Corporate criminals. This put Shall into contact with Rebel hacker Nils Unic. Nils was a Rebel hacker that Shall caught attempting to access a remote server and steal launch codes for several attack shuttles the rebels had planned on using for a raid. Nils was an older human and had served with Jeshi when Shall was a kid, Nils was able to convince Shall to aid him and with the two working together the Rebels captured several shuttles without the imperials knowing. Shall agreed to support the Rebels from within the Empire feeding them credits through hacked accounts and giving access codes and information when he could. His actions did not go unnoticed and an investigation was launched with only some last minute covering up that saved Shall's life, while sending a fellow Officer to a quick execution at the hands of an inquisitor. Shall left the Empire shortly after beginning a Solo career of small time slicing as well as the ever so often corporate hacking with the odd run in with rebels and imperial intelligence.

Shall is driven by finding ever more increasingly challenging systems to crack as well as the need to prove he can be one of the top slicers in the galaxy. No system is too tough that he wont give a crack at and he is willing to going to some of the most dangerous areas to find these systems. He is loyal to his friends and has become very unwilling to put civilians into harms way after being responsible for a fellow officers death to save his own skin.

Shall now a day's has few Obligations other then to the crew of the church. He keeps in rare contact with Nil's or one of Nil's many subordinates for odd jobs and the odd helpful resource ever now and again.

He also keeps in contacts with Adson Raan and corrupt Imperial Inteligence officer that will do anything for a credit. Adson is a mid level officer formerly with Imperial Intelligence that now works in COMPNOR.

Shall's mother still lives on Cerea and follows the Isolationist ideology of many of those living on Cerea with limited technology use.

SHall is tall for a Cerean, standing roughly 2.2 meters tall his is in decent physical shape keeping the exercise routine he was put into in the imperial academy. He keeps his wits about him but life has taught him that a good bit of humor will get you just as far as a stone cold business attitude.
