Cabe Garrett was born on the planet Corulag in the waning years of the Republic. His father was a wealthy industrialist; his mother a prominent socialite. Both flourished as the New Order rose to power. Though Cabe wanted for nothing, his upbringing was hardly idyllic. His parents were strict and levied high expectations of their children. Upon Cabe’s coming of age, he was afforded the opportunity to attend the prestigious Corulag Academy.

Cabe was an apt pupil who excelled at his studies. In his third year, Cabe transferred to the Imperial Academy at Carida. Enrolled in the Stormtrooper Officer Program, Cabe showed an aptitude for the Corps though not the disposition. Upon graduation, Cabe was instead assigned to the Imperial Security Bureau as an enforcement officer.

Cabe spent six years with the ISB, operating as muscle for the agency. Whenever the ISB wanted to shakedown a community, Cabe was at the forefront. He led tactical units executing raids against known seditionists and criminals. He also served arrest warrants for fugitives wanted by the Empire’s intelligence apparatus, frequently working alongside Imperial-licensed bounty hunters.

In time, Cabe became weary of his service and grew disillusioned with the Empire. His breaking point came while conducting operations on Ryloth. Cabe orchestrated a wicked betrayal, faking his own death while taking down an ISB stormtrooper squad and a Renik hit team. Cabe then defected to the Free Ryloth movement. Four months later, he joined the Rebel Alliance.

Cabe was schooled at various Imperial academies and served as an enforcer for the ISB before defecting to the Rebel Alliance.

Cabe was assigned to Alliance Intelligence as an agent in Passive Operations. He was responsible for conducting raids against high-value targets. Cabe has since been transferred to Special Operations and is presently responsible for harrying Imperial forces from deep behind enemy lines.

Cabe is a Human male of average height and build. He strives to maintain a commonplace appearance. His demeanor suggests disinterest, though his often narrowed eyes betray wariness. Cabe has an unfriendly scowl and his bearing suggests a familiarity with casual violence. Seemingly unapproachable, Cabe is generally affiable to his allies. He has a quick wit expressed through sardonic quips and dark humor.
