Background

Dr. Dengg Uwu hails from the outer rim mining colony of Vactooine, but ended up spending much of his life and being educated in the galactic Core, including Alderaan, Corellia, and Coruscant.

In time, Dengg became part of a colonial effort in the Unknown Regions, settling on a planet of shallow oceans, deep swamps, and countless ruins, bountiful in edible fruits and reeds, dubbed Klendatooine. There, he met his mate, Dido Bodonawieedo, and soon sired two children, Greedo and Kelko.

After having previously completely avoided the conflicts of the Separatist Alliance and the Galactic Republic, this laborious but idyllic life was shattered with the coming of the Empire. For reasons that are still unknown (and irrelevant) to Dengg, the imperials leveled all known settlements on the planet, after which they promptly left; it is unconfirmed if they even bothered making landfall, and all imperial officials have denied knowledge of the event.

After managing to leave the planet, Dengg lived an itinerant life, supporting himself with his skills as a medical professional, and took what chances came his way to take revenge on the Empire, its soldiers, politicians, and supporters. After a while, rebels took note of his activities, and after he assisted some of their wounded, he was black-bagged and discourteously invited to join. He did not care much for a Republic that never gave him anything, but he did like the idea of excising whiteheads.

Motivation

• Quest, Vengeance:
In destroying his colony and killing his family, the Empire committed an act Dengg Uwu will never forgive. Every dead stormtrooper and every destroyed TIE fighter and every demolished supply line is another notch on his belt, marking his endless need to make them all pay. He has been known to commit dangerous or even potentially suicidal actions in his pursuit of vengeance, unable to find feelings with which to temper his hate.

Duties

• Personnel (0):
More than machines, credits, or information, the people of the rebellion are the most important and vital assets there are, and Dengg knows this. He is devoted to seeing to their survival and capacity for success, believing that no-one capable of hunting and fighting should be left behind. Dengg puts the lives of rebels and fellow insurgents over nearly everything, including almost any mission.

• Psychological Warfare (0):
While the Imperial stormtroopers might appear fearless and disciplined, fear is not only the purview of the Empire, and others within the Imperial Army and Officer corps aren't nearly as willing to die for the Emperor. "Doctor" Uwu recognizes that it is possible to intimidate, confuse, and frighten an enemy to gain an advantage in an engagement, or even avoid one altogether, and will go to great lengths to intimidate any that can be perceived as loyalists to the Empire.

Description

Green and mean, Dengg Uwu is a Rodian of fairly average stature, 175cm (~5'9''), and a gaunt, wiry frame, puffed up by his scarves and greatcoat, weighing in at a naked mass of 60kg (~130lbs).

His large and bulbous eyes seem piercing and intense even to humans that normally have difficulty telling Rodians apart, and he wears what may be a perpetual scowl on his face, even when one could swear that he is in good spirits.

To most, he would appear an average Rodian, but if someone would look closer, they would see that much of his neck and body is covered in old burns, and that his right arm seems to have been pierced and crushed beyond recognition at some point, suggesting it a miracle that he is able to hold a blaster today, much less a steady scalpel.

Other Notes

Currently missing a blaster or ranged weapon of some sort; simply forgot to pick one up and don't want to start selling things and backtrack the gearing. This is explained by the fact that his blaster broke in his last engagement.

Loosely inspired by:
• Kivan, Baldur's Gate.
• John Wick, John Wick.
• Dr. Zoidberg, Futurama.

Character notes:
• Will act as if he doesn't care.
• Cares.
• Pretty sure most organs are redundant.
• Fluent in Rodian and Huttese.
• Understands most basic Basic, but speaks extremely little.
• Likely to commit warcrimes.
• Terrible bedside manner.

Next Specializations, should it become relevant, may be Recruit (Universal) or Big-Game Hunter (Explorer) or Survivalist (Bounty Hunter).
