Grit 2 AoR 148 Each rank of Grit increases a character’s strain threshold by one.
Resolve 1 AoR 155 When the character suffers strain, he suffers 1 less strain per rank of Resolve, to a minimum of 1. This does not apply to voluntary strain loss.
Confidence 1 AoR 144 The character may decrease the difficulty of any Discipline check to avoid the effects of fear by one per rank of Confidence. If he decreases the difficulty to zero, he does not have to make a Discipline check.
Command 2 AoR 144 The character gains 🟦 per rank of Command when making Leadership checks (or other checks to inspire, lead, or rally an audience). Inspired targets also add 🟦 per rank to any subsequent Discipline checks they make over the next twenty-four hours (this does not increase with additional ranks of Command).
Inspiring Rhetoric 1 AoR 149 The character may take the Inspiring Rhetoric action. Make an Average (dd) Leadership check. For each s. one ally within close range recovers one strain. For each a. one ally benefiting from Inspiring Rhetoric recovers one additional strain.
Calm Commander 1 LBE 34 When upgrading the ability of a Mass Combat check in a mass combat in which the character is the commander of the acting force (or when upgrading the difficulty pool, if the character is the commander of the enemy force), the character may use ranks in Cool instead of in Leadership.
Field Commander 1 AoR 146 The character may take a Field Commander action. By successfully passing an Average (dd) Leadership check, a number of allies equal to his Presence may immediately suffer one strain to perform one maneuver. This does not count against the number of maneuvers they may perform in their turn. If there are any questions as to the order in which allies act, the character using Field Commander is the final arbiter.

Field Commander (Improved) 1 AoR 146 When taking a Field Commander action, the character may affect allies equal to twice his Presence. In addition, he may spend x generated on his Leadership checks to allow one ally to suffer one strain to perform an action, rather than a maneuver.

Background

When Cha was young he felt destined for political life. His father was a long serving representative in the Pantoran Assembly and expected his son to do the same. As such, he was trained in the arts of rhetoric, persuasion, and culture.

He took a particular in his classes on galactic military history and dreamed of winning some great victory without giving much thought to actually accomplishing this goal. To this end his father suggested that he seek out some much needed military experience, both to quench his desire and improve his future political career.

Motivation

At All Costs

No price is too high for this commander when it comes to accomplishing his goals. He's prepared to die in order to complete his objectives, and he expects his troops to lay down their own lives if necessary.

Commanders must leader their troops successfully for them to win, and troops' failures on the battlefield are inevitably linked to their commanders' failure to lead them.

Description

Cha is a tall, thin, Pantoran man with sharp features. He has green markings on his forehead and the bridge of his nose.

He wears his Naval uniform with blue trim and half cape reminiscent of his home moon.
