Background
Joni grew up near the Imperial occupied star port on Cosia. This fostered an undying curiosity in what lay in the stars as well as a sour taste for empiric rule. Joni travels the galaxy in wanderlust, completing whatever odd jobs get her by and take her to where she wants to go next. She doesn't keep close friends, just useful contacts. They value her good luck in finding things, whether its a lost item or marking her target. Her luck ran out when she got picked up by this prison ship, but her escapades were bound to catch up with her sooner or later. They won't say why she got arrested, but honestly it could have been any number of offenses.
