Background
One of the first generation born in the New Republic colony on the planet Ylis. She had a knack for mechanical devices so she worked for a Chadra-fan named Piikto in his tech shop in the colony center. She put her talents to good use building and fixing tools and equipment used by the colonists.
The colony was established 30 years ago—early in The New Republic's time. It is located close to the Perlemian Trade Route near Belderone and the Cron Drift making it a relatively easy stop for traders on that route. They resettled groups of people displaced or victimized by The Empire to a green and temperate world where they could establish a colony. The New Republic's supply shipments gradually dwindled over the first three years as the spotlight shifted and other political goals became more important.
The colony itself started out built from the disassembled colony ship and spread out to the farm the land around so they use a mixture of technology levels in their construction and tools. The colony has been mostly self-sufficient since the government support ended. They farm, raise herd animals, and trade goods with off-world traders.
Motivation
Faith: Friends & Family – She was raised on a colony where working together, and trusting and supporting each other was necessary for them to survive and thrive.
Innovation: Fabrication – She likes building useful things—particularly to help people. She helped out in Piikto's tech shop from a young age and learned to love the satisfaction that comes with creating something that makes someone's life easier.
Morality
94 – Light Side Paragon (+2 Strain)
Trust: Part of what allowed her colony to succeed was working together and trusting each other. She believes in giving everyone the benefit of the doubt. The good that comes from trusting others builds communities and provides emotional support.
Guardedness: Her parents and grandparents were the victims of The Empire and other criminal elements during the time of The Empire and then left to their own devices after failed promises by The New Republic. Her elders tried to instill in her a healthy skepticism about the motivations of others.

Other Notes

Duty: Support (5) - Tivva's background and the way she was raised drive her to want to help the people around her. She uses her talents and skills to support her fellows in The Alliance.
