Born into a modest family on Naboo Moff-Moff Zars spent his life up until the young age of ten like any other Gungan child. It was around then he began noticing he was different from the other Gungans. He could move small objects with his mind, and jump higher than the other Gungan children. By the time he was about fifteen he was able to throw large rocks with ease using the force.

It was around that time he started to get drawn towards the outskirts of the waters surrounding Otoh Gunga as though he was being called to. It was there that he found the skeleton of a Sando Aqua Monster with an escape pod located near where it's stomach would be inside it. Inside the pod he found the skeleton of a young Human clutching a waterproof lightsaber, and near the human was a small black holocron. He took both the items, and swam back to Otoh Gunga returning home.

He spent the next seven years learning from the holocron. He learned to use Form V as though the lightsaber was an extention of himself, and even learned some of the basics of each of the abilities that the Force could manifest. His happy life came to an end when someone saw him training just before he turned forty, and he was forced to flee when the empire showed up for him. His escape was pure luck after being saved by a passing Sando Aqua Monster that destroyed the pursuing vessel.

For the next two years he ran from the Empire while training, and honing his skills. That's when he met a Mysterious woman who made him an offer he couldn't refuse as he was getting desperate. She told him not only would she give him a large amount of credits, but she'd also tell him how the Empire could track him so easily while also "fixing" that for him. All he had to do was give her the holocron & lightsaber, and despite his hesitancy he hadn't eaten in weeks just barely getting by so he accepted her offer. After handing them over she cut him off from the force, and after he passed out she left leaving the credits.

Over the next four year he had grown used to no longer being able to use the Force, and without the Emipre being able to track him so easily he began investing into useful gear. That's when he met with a crew who took him in.

Moff-Moff Zars Motivations are to just survive by any means. After being stripped of his connection to the Force he realized that without it he feels empty. He hopes to eventually regain his connection to the Force.

Moff-Moff Zars is a roughly 6'9" tall White Gungan with purple eyes. He has a backpack, utility belt, and four Surveyor's bags sown into his pants that blend in making them look similar to cargo pants. He wears rather bland looking brown clothes with black gloves that don't draw a lot of attention, and has a pair of modified Headwear that are obviously designed to flip over his eye stalks.
