Background

Crushed by the occupation of Imperial forces on his home planet of Dorin, A'ken Yiril had to be hidden by his family from the routine checks for force sensitives. Living a life isolated from even the exterior of his home, A'ken, with the help of one of his brothers, planned an escape from Dorin with the hopes of liberating it from Imperial rule.

After leaving his brother behind, to travel the Outer Rim, A'ken had to quickly adapt to city life to survive. After a few years, A'ken was sought out by Romund where she taught him the forgotten philosophies of the Jedi Order. Hoping to uphold those very philosophies, A'ken was quick to rush to Romund's aid when she needed it.

After meeting up with a group of allies willing to save Romund, the party left an adjacent planet to travel to Spintir

Motivation

Faith
The Jedi Code: Though the Empire strives to suppress knowledge of the Jedi, the character knows the code of this ancient order. He follows it, feeling that it is something worth his belief and devotion.

There is no emotion, there is peace. There is no ignorance, there is knowledge. There is no passion, there is serenity. There is no chaos, there is harmony. There is no death, there is the force.

Morality

52
Compassion: The character cares about the tribulations
others face, and wants to help those he comes across.
His compassion may lead to self-sacrifice in order to aid
those who need it.
Fear: While fear often forces a person into inaction, it can also propel a character into an ill-advised action. Letting fear guide one's actions means never preparing, never giving forethought.
