Once a medical droid in service to Gorada the Hutt, the crime lord found himself on the receiving end of one of Fretta’s bounties. With his former owner having died under mysterious circumstances, MALF was claimed by Fretta and retasked to provide medical and scientific assistance to HER endeavors, instead. While the droid is more than happy to expand its knowledge and competency, Fretta is careful never to let it forget who it belongs to.
