Description
The force user can dampen the effect of incoming incoming Force powers, dramatically diminishing their effects on himself and allies.
Upgrade Effect
Spend force light or dark to add automatic failure to a Force power check made against him or any ally withing short range until the end of his next turn.
strength +2 Spend light/dark pips to add additional automatic failure equal to Strength upgrades purchased to hostile Force power checks.
duration Ongoing effect. Commit force die to sustain ongoing effects of the power to each affected target while within range.
range +3 Spend light/dark pips to increase range by a number of range bands equal to range upgrades
control +2 Commit one or more force die. When an opponent targets the user with a Force power after the opponent generates light/dark reduce the total light/dark generated by 1 per force die committed to a minimum of 0.
Also, can spend one destiny point to use Suppress as an out of turn incidental once per session.
control +1 Whenever a force user targets a character affected by Suppress with a hostile Force power if that opponent used dark pips to generate force points on the check the user suffers strain equal to the user's rank in discipline.

Background

An independent hunter seeker. A Mirilian that wants glory and to be remembered by his race. Rell wants to discover new worlds, races and items (treasure) to gain glory and add to his tattoos. Knowledge is power and if Rell has knowledge others do not than that adds to his glory. Rell has felt a Force inside him, possibly guiding him to new worlds and sectors. Feels an inherent need to rid an area of predators that kill needlessly. Highly adaptable and flexible to any situation Rell finds that working alone and towards his wants is the most beneficial action to take, not normally interfering in the natural cycle of things unless it adds some glory to his name.

Motivation

Yag'dul people are disappearing. More low lives are disappearing.
Produce brilliant scientists and are in the medical fields. Intersection for trade routes and lots of traffic though there. Givin are the predominant race.

Gain knowledge of the Old Republic Jedi and the Old Republic.
