Born to a family of Drall engineers he was found to have force power by age two. Presented to the Jedi temple, he was accepted into Jedi training and and an existence that would define his future forever.

However over time it became clear he would not take a normal Jedi path. His curiosity and lack of boundaries was a continual source of trouble. He was almost a savant in regards to computer use, and was assigned to the Sentinel school.

His particular penitent for mischief usually included some form of computer slicing or exploring areas that are out of bounds to padawan learners. While most Jedi Masters called his behavior 'troublesome' or 'delinquent', he preferred Master Yoda's defining it as "boundless interest in all things". However after he reprogrammed the computer to "improve the quality" of holo-image transmissions and ended up giving every holo-image ears like Yoda, they had to do something.

He was taken out of any consideration to become a Jedi knight, but found a comfortable home with the Sentinels. But after years of slow progress even they were beginning to tire of his methods, even if he was effective or not. Now they have unofficially named him the "Forever Padawan."

With the onset of the Clone Wars his training seemed to fit well with many of the missions needed by Republic Intelligence and has since then been 'loaned' out for many missions. His latest was a deep cover mission collecting computer data off of Malastare. While having some training with a lightsaber, he has not put his skills in that direction, although he still kept his training crystal.

Claus Motivation: Discovery/Seeking: Ever wanting to see new things, discover new experiences, and seek out and touch the world. Typically this has been through invading computer systems from his bosses computer, but now he finds him self attached to the Republic military and has been getting out into the world and finding a new type of freedom in invasively going into others computer systems and personal belongings without their permission.

Prove his Loyalty: As a near-failed Jedi Padawan who has been ‘re-assigned’ by the order, he has a lot to prove to himself and his assigned Jedi master. His goal is to follow the letter of the law in ever order given to him by his superiors. His goal is also not get CAUGHT breaking the letter of the law, again.

Claus is small for a Drall at 4 ft, and thinner as well. He dresses in nice attire, usually subdued but royal colors. He keeps his fur well trimmed and it is various shades of brown with some ginger root coloration. He has a with a collection of belts and packs.
