Background

Born and raised on the cold, dry world of Miral, Yuii-Shay, or Yuii for short, longed to gain as prestigious a reputation as her father did as a Pilot during the clone wars fighting the Trade Federation. Her father died shorty before the fall of the Republic, leaving her alone to cope with the Empire's grip on her Home world. Obsessed with becoming a great pilot, she regularly joy-rode imperial transports, speeders, and anything she could drive or fly in order to practice her skill. After escaping Miral with the private ship of a wealthy War Profiteer from Canto Bight, a bounty was put on her head, while being wanted by the empire as a shipjacker. No longer able to return home and on the run, she hopes to fulfill her destiny and hopes to help others fulfill their own, including those who are deprived of their destiny via slavery.
