Background

Saxis The Hallowed comes from an old, mostly uninhabited planet on the Galactic Northeast of Unknown Space. It is a cold, mostly forested planet, perpetually covered in a veil of thin fog, and heavy with the Force. Saxis The Hallowed was born here, living his life as a simple caretaker to both the planet, and his birthright: the Sacred Grounds. The Sacred Grounds is an open stretch of the planet where the forests have cleared away, leaving only the dirt and dead leaves; these grounds hold hundreds of graves, all in varying states of fill.
Saxis The Hallowed carefully kept the grounds, and the spirits within over the span of his life, having given up both his vision, and his eyes once he was of age, thus proving his dedication to the grounds. Over his life, a select few who know of the planet have come both for pilgrimage, and for the rumors of resurrections surrounding the planet.
Saxis The Hallowed would have been perfectly content to keep his life the way it was, remaining a humble groundskeeper, but as it was, it would not be. In 10 BBY, the first Galactic Empire Probe Droid touched down on the planet, leaving soon after, and the first of the Empire's Stormtroopers, accompanied by Darth Vader himself.
Saxis The Hallowed was quickly found, and personally interrogated by Darth Vader himself on the secrets to the planet's Resurrection abilities. This process went on for several days before he managed to escape, quietly stowing away on a shuttle, and escaping as far from the Empire as he could, with his only desire to see his home freed again.

Motivation

Saxis The Hallowed is only interested in the reclamation of his planet by any means necessary. Any act that does not lead to his goal or his continued survival interests him very little. it is this one-note interest that has made him few friends in the areas he's encountered.

Obligations

+0, Bounty.
The Empire has placed an Excessively large bounty on Saxis The Hallowed, easily numbering up to one billion credits on the head of the hermit. This bounty has been both a boon, and a curse for Saxis The Hallowed, being large enough to scare away most run-of-the-mill hunters, but drawing out large organizations, and the more skilled hunters.
The only requirements of the bounty, is that Saxis The Hallowed is brought to the nearest Imperial Office, Alive, and Unharmed, as failing either would result in severe consequences. The Empire has no room for Failure.

Description

Saxis The Hallowed is an old, small, blind, hunched man of around 70. He is almost completely covered by a deep black cloak, the only exceptions being his face, hands, and feet. His face was also covered by a multitude of black, loose-fitting gauze, straps, and cloth covering everything but his mouth. His hands and feet, however, were both bare, scarred, and calloused to a point where it was hard to tell if it was even skin anymore. Both hand and foot were pale, the backs of which had a mess of tangled gray hair, and had long, filthy nails.
On his back is a unique backpack made of what looks to be a form of leather and shells, turning the simple storage into a form of heavy, protective shell which covered most of his back.
In his hands is a long staff, easily taller than him, the top of which glowed a soft, baleful light. The staff itself was a worn dark wood, scratched, and coated with almost more dirt than wood.
His voice is a gruff, but otherwise calm one, always seeming as if speaking from somewhere other than the cowl of his head.
Despite being attuned with the Force due to his long exposure on his home, he, due to the isolation, does not actively know of the force, and attributes many of the things of his planet to spirits or gods.
