Sniper Shot 2 Before making a non-thrown ranged attack, as a maneuver increase the weapon's Range by up to one band per rank. Upgrade the attack's difficulty by1 per range increase.
True Aim 1 Once per round, may perform a True Aim maneuver to gain the benefits of aiming and upgrade combat check once per rank of True Aim.
Lethal Blows 2 Add +10 per rank of Lethal Blows to any Critical Injury result inflicted on opponents.
Deadly Accuracy 1 When acquired, choose one combat skill. Add damage equal to ranks in that skill to one hit of a successful attack made using that skill.
Toughened 1 Gain +2 Wound Threshold.
Dedication 1 Gain +1 to a single characteristic. This cannot bring a characteristic above 6.
Natural Marksman 1 Once per session, may re-roll any one Ranged (Light) or Ranged (Heavy) check.

Background

Motivation

Dutybound – This means the character feels compelled (the strength of the complusion is determined by the Obligation) to a cause. Such as military service, following a code, and so forth. Unlike the Oath Obligation, a Dutybound character has some sort of legal or ritualistic compulsion which binds him to his Obligation, the reason is left to the player.

Duties

Counter Intelligence – The PC knows that the survival of the Republic depends upon its ability to hide from the Confederacy and avoid complete destruction at the hands of its overwhelming military superiority. To this end, he wants to hunt down and eliminate enemy agents and threats, feed false information to CIS intelligence networks, and cover the movements of all Republic assets from observation and reporting.
