Kaveri B'evehis (he/they/chikua)

Born to a group of off-world traders, Kaveri has never known the suns or sands of Tatooine. The most that he was able to know were the stories of home told by the elders of his community. Someday he hopes to know the planet but his true home is the stars. He travelled the galaxy with the traders and was taught about how to scavenge and assess tech parts - through his own curiosity he began to put things back together and the interest grew.
During a trade Kaveri wandered off to investigate the parts of a ship he was unfamiliar with. Unbeknownst to him said ship was set to take off and he became an accidental stowaway, with no way to communicate he could not get back to his community, surviving the journey only by assisting with repairs along the way. Since then he has traveled with a number of different crews, offering up his technician services in exchange for safe passage as he explores new corners of the galaxy and the new and exciting technology they offer.
Forced to adventure alone Kaveri found that he had to be willing to put themself in some uncomfortable situations to access ‘safe’ transport through the galaxy. Quite quickly he became aware of the fact that most do not trust Jawans and were unwilling to assist him, turning to those who were willing meant working with outcasts and outlaws. These are the crews that have been there to take care of him, those are the people who showed him how the galaxy functioned. For the last 4 years they have found a home within the ranks of ‘undesirables.’
Their journeymen have been mostly outlaws and criminals, as such this is not their first time assisting in under the table deals and illegal transport. So long as they get to continue to travel and build their technician repertoire, they are not one to even consider the legality of their actions. And, let's be real, his sticky fingers have gotten him into his own heap of trouble on a couple planets before.
Driven by a youthful curiosity, Kaveri feels the pull of new information. He wants to find the best tech so that he can create the best new things and prove himself as a great technician/inventor when he eventually reunites with his community.
